Excellent product and service
Searched online for the rugged baseball cap. Found the hat, ordered the wrong color by mistake. Contacted Ivy Dog, within a matter of hours a new hat was on the way. Received the new a couple days later!
I received a complement on my new hat and referred them to Ivy Dog. Excellent experience with Ivy Dog!!

These hats were better looking than expected. Good quality and the color is perfect. I originally ordered it for my son as a crossing gift but after receiving it and seeing how nice they looked, I decided to order one for his LBs too.
Also, I messed up my original by ordering 2 of the same color but they had no problem exchanging it for me. Excellent customer service! Will definitely be shopping here more!
